MEDIATION ON HUMAN-WOLF CONFLICTS

Are you intrigued by the wolf? Take part in a brand new concept!

This famous predator is as fascinating as it is puzzling. Its return has sparked debate and questions,
and access to reliable information is often limited to local conferences.

Eduwolf is innovating with a concept that is new to Switzerland: online round tables!

Make yourself comfortable at home, tea in hand and slippers on your feet, and join us to better understand the wolf and all the issues surrounding it.

Every last Friday of the month, starting in September 2025, we will address a specific theme, accompanied by a specialist

A panel of experts for a comprehensive and factual vision:

Scientists & biologists – For a rigorous and documented approach

Photographers & filmmakers – For a unique perspective on the predator

Historians – To understand its role through time

Breeders & veterinarians – To explore the realities on the ground

Political & pastoral personalities – To debate the issues of cohabitation

Fighting against disinformation

In the era of misinformation on social media, it is essential to rely on proven and verified facts.
Our round tables offer you a reliable, neutral and enriching source of information, accessible to all.

✨ A respectful environment

These discussions will be open to the entire population and will be conducted in accordance with strict rules.

✨ JANUARY 23 AT 7.30 PM (UTC/GMT +1)  - “HISTORY OF THE WOLF IN THE MIDDLE AGES”

When we talk about the fear of wolves, stories from the Middle Ages, from the Beast of Gévaudan to the times of great famine, always come to mind. But what was the real story behind these tales that still send shivers down the spines of young and old alike? We give the floor to Jacques Baillon, a French writer who has published numerous books on wolves and their history in medieval France. This passionate and fascinating man will explain the stories, the writings in the town hall registers, the causes of the attacks, and many other aspects of this powerful subject.
